To return or exchange your item please click below and enter your email address you used to place order. 

  • Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipment fees per item.
  • All returns MUST be received within 14 days of receiving and exchanges MUST be received within 30 days from when you place the order. (Exceptions for pre-order)
  • Clearance, sale, markdown, flash sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • Please hold on to the tracking information for all returns.
  • We will not be held responsible for lost packages. 
  • Returns and exchanges must be in their original, unused, factory packed condition with tags, barcodes attached.
  • Any used items sent will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days.
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for it to show up back on your account. 
  • If your order initially qualified for free shipping, that fee will now be deducted. 
  • Failure to follow our returns/exchange procedure will result in a $5.00 fee to cover our labour charge for handling the return/exchange.

    • Please email sales@gunasthebrand.com with your order number, any return/exchange request to make sure your purchase is eligible for a return/exchange. 
    • After approval, kindly ship back your return or exchange item in original packaging using a trusted carrier service. Keep the tracking information till your package has been received by us. Please send to the address below.

  • GUNAS reserves the right to releasing refunds based on the condition of return. All returns must be in their original packaging, unused and damage free. All bags are hand checked for quality prior to shipping. Please do not ship items back in padded envelopes as it can result in damage. Please stuff sufficiently and ship in boxes. Products must be in a re-sellable condition. Barcode stickers on plastic bag are a must!
  • By shopping on our website you automatically agree to our terms. 
  • Failure to follow our returns/exchange procedure will result in a $5.00 fee to cover our labour charge for handling the return/exchange. 


  • Any noticeable defects must be conveyed within 14 days of receiving the item. After that, it will be covered under our warranty as per the terms of warranty coverage. 
  • Replacements on defective items are offered up to 90 days of purchase. 
  • If you receive a wrong item or a bag that is damaged please contact us at sales@gunasthebrand.com immediately with photos showing/explaining the damage and we will send a replacement to you as soon as possible.
  • We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
  • Customer must pay for shipping for a free replacement.
  • Only 1 replacement will be made per order.
  • If you do not want a replacement then a store credit will be issued. 


  •  When a package is refused or undeliverable, (wrong shipping address provided by customer during checkout) our shipping company will charge us for the return delivery cost. If you choose to refuse or do not coordinate pickup of the items you ordered, you will be responsible for return shipping costs or lost items.
  • All international buyers are responsible for customs/fees associated with importing into their home countries. 
  • If you would like to have your package re-shipped, please contact customer care at sales@gunasthebrand.com to coordinate shipping.
  • If you would like to cancel your refused/undeliverable order, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

 ALL SALE, CLEARANCE items, items listed under "last chance" and Gift Cards are non-refundable and all sales are final. Gift cards must be used within 365 days of purchase. Promotions cannot be combined/applied to past orders.  


It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address while placing the order. Once your package has been shipped by our fulfillment center, no changes can be made. You must call the post office or the courier company used to ship your package to arrange and address update. Gunas company or any of its employees will not be responsible for lost packages due to negligence on customers part. No complimentary replacements will be shipped in this case. In the event the package gets misplaced or lost due to an error at our end, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to the customer. 

NOTE: During the holiday season chances of misplaced and lost packages are higher so we advise customers to continue tracking their packages once the tracking number is made available. Please reach out to your local post office and neighbors first if your package is lost even when the tracking shows as "delivered".  We do not purchase insurance on our packages and will resolve the situation in the best ethical manner. 


Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after placing only. Please email sales@gunasthebrand.com with any changes or cancellation requests immediately. Kindly note that Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or transferred over to other styles. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. In the event that we missed your email (due to holidays/weekend) and the order has been shipped by the warehouse, unfortunately we cannot cancel and return shipping must be paid by the buyer. An order isn't considered cancelled till you receive a "cancellation" notification from us. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
